  如果蓝屏重启问题发生之前有过更改操作，例如驱动的更新/安装，硬件的替换/安装，程序的安装/升级等，建议撤销这些更改操作然后再次确认情况。
  
  此外，建议通过命令“sfc /scannow” 检查/修复系统文件，“chkdsk /r /f”检查/修复磁盘。请参考“Troubleshoot "blue screen" or Stop error problems before you contact Microsoft Support”做进一步的排查：
