  根据我的理解与搜索，首先KB3045318是支持sql server 2012 sp1的，和操作系统关系不大。

  其次，sp2的下载连接为：

  Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 和 Windows Vista Service Pack 2 的所有语言单行版本 (KB948465)
