    windows server 2008 R2 更新SP1失败：安装Windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe 失败，报错内容是，系统错误阻止安装Service pack,请下载“检查系统更新准备”工具并执行，网址为...。然后，我下载并安装了这个“检查系统更新准备”，再安装Windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe，但是依旧是回复这个报错

    Hi, 

    您可以尝试一下重置%WinDir%\WinSxS\Backup的权限：

    1.以管理员身份运行command prompt。

    2.输入如下命令并回车

    takeown /F %WinDir%\WinSxS\Backup /r /d y

    cacls %WinDir%\WinSxS\Backup /g administrators:f

    net stop wuauserv

    del /s /q %WinDir%\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore

    del /s /q %WinDir%\SoftwareDistribution\Download

    net start wuauserv

    下载后从安全模式下安装。
