  你好，

  请参考下面的步骤：

  1. 右键单击OU的名字，然后，选择委派。

  2. 在委派wizard的里面添加上前台人员的账号。

  3. 委派任务里选择， create a custome task to delegate， 单击 next。

  4. 选中 only the following objects in the folder，下拉找到user object，选中

  5. 在permission页面，选中 property-specific，然后里面找到read mobile number 和write mobile number。

  6. 单击next， 单击finish。
