加密SQL Server连接后的性能?

联机文档中提到：启用 SSL 加密可以提高在 SQL Server 实例和应用程序之间通过网络交换的数据的安全性。对通过网络发送的数据进行加密，防止了未授权的用户使用网络探测器之类的工具读取明文。但是，启用加密会导致网络库的性能有所下降

具体性能影响有多少？有用过的朋友帮助说明下。
