    您好，请问显示的错误代码是什么呢？如果是更新引起的问题，请您卸掉更新后，尝试是否会出现同样的问题。

    另外您也可以试试以下方法：

    打开注册表编辑器，找到路径

    计算机\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanWorkstation\Parameters

    将键值AllowInsecureGuestAuth由0设置为1。
