    看这个报错像是一个权限问题。

    检查看下面的博客修改下权限配置：

        此台DC原来有安装”360安全卫士“，现已卸载。

    1. 用DCDIAG /V检查DC，提示错误“ 开始测试: DFSREvent
        The DFS Replication Event Log.
        SYSVOL 共享后的最近 24 小时内出现了警告或错误事件。 失败的 SYSVOL 复制问题可能导致组策略问题。
        发生了一个错误事件。EventID: 0xC0001390
           生成时间: 07/26/2018   03:21:31
           事件字符串:
           DFS 复制服务未能与复制组 Domain System Volume 的伙伴 SERVERBACK 通讯。 发生此错误可能是因为不可访问主   机， 或者服务器上没有运行 DFS 复制服务。

    2.于是就在服务里点启动”DFS Namespace“ --->启用----》错误提示”windows 无法启动DFS Namespace服务（位于本   地计算机上） 错误5：拒绝访问。

    3.事件查看器里有错误事件”DFS Namespace 因下列错误面停止，拒绝访问 事件ID 7023“ 如下图所示
