  请问在“SDNS-02”上是否已存在DnsServerResolutionPolicy？您可以尝试通过命令Get-DnsServerQueryResolutionPolicy -ComputerName 'SDNS-02'进行查看。
  
  另外，根据我的研究，您还可以尝试通过命令$policy | Set-DnsServerQueryResolutionPolicy -ComputerName 'SDNS-02' -ThrottleLimit 1来设置或更新DNS服务器上的查询解析策略。

  遇到一样的问题，目标服务器没有策略。
