您好，
鉴于您的服务器是2013版本的，所以您不需要在意这一个值，因为这一个值只会在Exchange 2010中起作用, 作用是指定客户端访问服务器或客户端访问服务器阵列通过哪一个RPC客户端访问其邮箱:
如果你想要修改，您也可以使用以下的命令修改：
Set-MailboxDatabase <Mailbox Database Name> -RpcClientAccessServer <ClientAccessServer or ClientAccessServerArrayID>
