您好：
1.用户现有Windows 2012 Terminal License许可，因服务器老旧想搭建新服务器并把许可转移至新服务器。是否可行？如何操作？
可以的。确保您新的w2012（或w2016，w2019）服务器已经连接互联网。如果原服务器已经加域，请确保新服务器也已经加域并且新的远程桌面授权角色已经安装，已经激活远程桌面证书服务，以便新rd授权服务器能访问Microsoft clearing house站点在新服务器上进行在线rds cal迁移向导。
通常在原来的远程桌面证书服务器仍然可用并和新远程桌面证书服务器在同一个网络中的话。我们选择“The source license server is being replaced by this license server”选项，然后仅需填写原来远程桌面证书服务器的ip地址就可进行迁移.

当您迁移w2012 rds cal 到新服务器后，您需要在原来的远程会话主机服务器本地组策略中指定新的远程桌面授权证书服务器。远程桌面license模式根据您购买的RDS cal 类型选择，下面示例为rds per user cal仅做参考。
Computer Configuration - Policies - Administrative Templates - Windows Components - Remote Desktop Services - Remote Desktop Session Host - Licensing
use the specified remote desktoop license servers enable specify your rdls server
set the remote desktop licensing mode enable per user cal
2.如何查看现在的许可属于Open License?
您可以到w2012的远程桌面授权管理器中查看“license program”列，看看是retail的rds cal还是volume license的rds cal.
通常购买rds cal 会发邮件给您，您也可以看看邮件里关于w2012 rds cal是否有标识 opl.如果没有找到。retail的rds cal 可以到下面网址在线和expert让他帮你查查
