    用administrator登录windows server 2003主机，①附件里没有“运行”  ②开始菜单里没有“关机”选项  ③右键“我的电脑”无“属性”选项。

    ④C盘里的regedit.exe双击时提示“已被管理员禁用”  ⑤“本地安全策略”打开无显示  ⑥“本地用户和组”选项没有。

    关于您的问题，请问之前使用相同的Administrator管理员账号登陆是否正常？问题发生前有没有多服务器做过任何更改？有没有尝试使用其他管理员账号进行登陆？

    该Windows Server 2003是否为域成员主机，请检查域的组策略中是否对这些选项做了限制。
