    We are looking for a strong Services Engineer that will work with various business stakeholders and engineers to support the solutions we deliver. It is our charter to create and implement the roadmap that will usher solutions to CRM Online and integrate the various complementary Cloud product like Azure, O365, System Center, and more. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for engineering excellence, has the ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply to real world scenarios, and works well in a fast paced and agile environment. As a member of China ConnectedCRM team you will work closely with our engineers, program management, product teams, and virtual team members across the Microsoft SESIT organization to help ensure that customer needs and requirements are driven into our services, as well as to provide escalation support. You will exercise your abilities in customer service, change management, incident management, problem management, and troubleshooting for all activities related to the operation of the ConnectedCRM services and infrastructure systems for our customers.     Service Operations Responsibilities:
    1. Work with Solutions Engineering to develop design strategies that integrate operational excellence across the platform solutions.
    2. Defines operational and support processes to streamline and improve service levels.
    3. Provide ongoing metrics around system and application performance and drive continued improvements.
    4. Perform root cause analysis and drive continued improvements across services and solutions engineering teams.
    5.Proactively support multiple and highly complex Dynamic CRM systems across various business process units.
    6.Responsible for managing and supporting the hardware and environments.
    7. Coordination across multiple interdependent support teams for problem detection through resolution.
    8. Own and drive capacity planning for infrastructure while maintaining compliance strategies for compliance.
    9. Develop and manage operational and service level guides across the service offerings.
    10.Establishes standards for archival and recovery process which results scalable solutions.
    11. Driving efficiency into customer deployment processes via excellent documentation and automation of repeated tasks.
    12. System deployments under deadlines driven by program management.
    13. Service execution to strict SLAs 


    Minimum Requirements:
    1. Proven track record managing and supporting large scale enterprise solution.
    2. Working knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and 2011, including modules, interfaces, and core capabilities.
    3. Solid understanding of software development lifecycles methodologies.
    4. BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, or related filed.
    5. Proven ability to drive large scale projects with high collaboration and thought leadership.
    6. Excellent decision making skills and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure.
    7. Experience with n-tier architecture, web security, IIS, SQL Server, .Net, WCF, SOA, and ASP.NET.
    8. Proven experience with failure point analysis, root cause analysis, and problem detection and triage techniques..
    9. Outstanding technical problem solving skills.
    10. Worked extensively in a global delivery model.
    11. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills in English (verbal, written, and presentation)
    12.Ability to read, interpret, and implement moderately complex engineering specifications.
