    您好！我在安装设备驱动前，Windows 7关机没有事。我安装设备驱动后，明明关机是正常的，事件日志：“在7月26日，9时58分，Windows 7是意外关机”，为什么？吃哦重新启动后，也没有Windows错误恢复屏幕！

    在安装设备驱动程序之后是每一次重新启动都会存在意外关机的事件日志吗？

    如果仅此一次，可能是Windows在安装设备时出现逻辑错误，以导致事件日志记录下意外关机的信息。

    如果是每一次都存在这条信息，我建议你尝试在安全模式下启动以及干净环境启动检查是否仍然存在此问题。
