    这个是不可以的，您需要另外购买Windows Server 2008 R2的License.

    要看你是否和微软签订了Software Agreement的协议的，建议你还是直接联系微软的软件license部门。

    看你购买的是批量许可还是产品包，如果是产品包，建议新购，无法直接升级使用。

    如果是批量许可，在服务期限内，是可以购买升级服务的，当然也可以新购，这要看你的服务器数量和服务的期限进行权衡，看看采用何种升级的方式比较合适。
