    能通过webservice调用 存储过程吗？

    在plug-in中可以调用存储过程正常写就可以。
    webservice 应该不可以，没用过。

    CRM UI 上做的 Web Service 都可以做， 你可以直接创建/更新 record就行了吗？为什么要通过web service来call Plug-in 了来调用存储过程呢？

    没有问题. 不过请求者可能会没有权限访问存储过程. 这个时候你得设置存储过程的访问权限.
