    根据你的描述，我能重现这个问题。出错的原因是因为现在form.designer还不支持.net core winforms项目，其他客户已经把这个问题反馈给产品组了，你可以查看下这个。

    如果我们还是想要开发.net core winforms项目的，有个workaround可以参考下，你可以follow这个文档来进行开发。
