远程桌面禁用tls1.0

  如果您是部署了远程桌面服务器，不建议您禁用TLS1.0，因为RDS 与WID之间的关联，禁用后会导致远程桌面问题。如KB 4036954所描述的：

  如果仅是系统本地启用的远程连接，而没有配置RDS服务器的话，如果是WS 2008 R2的系统，需要安装KB3080079来添加系统对TLS 1.1和1.2的支持，再对TLS 1.0禁用：
