    您好，

        我们有一台windows server 2019上面建有exchange server 2019，一直运行的好好的，但是昨天此服务器上exchange服务都起不来了，exchange应用日志本身没有什么特别的报错，但是发现windows系统日志里面有一条“An TLS 1.2 connection request was received from a remote client application, but none of the cipher suites supported by the server”

        请问是不是这个日志导致的？原因是什么呢？

        我们一台windows server 2019服务器突然发现几乎所有exchange服务都起不来，exchange应用日志并无异常，见windows系统日志：

        Event 1006 processing of Group Policy failed. Windows could not authenticate to the Active Directory service on a domain controller.(LDAP Bind function call failed).Look in the details tab for error code and description.

        还有一个log： Event 4 Security-Kerberos

         由于无法插入图片，只能文字输入

    根据这条报错，您可以先检查一下TLS 1.2是否被禁用了。

    打开注册表编辑器，定位到Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols，然后看是否有创建以下注册表键值：

    您好，

        我们的所有建有exchange的服务器都是统一版本及系统，为什么这台没有配置并启用TLS1.2的服务器就出问题了呢（是被黑客攻击了？）

        我们一定要把所有windows server 2019系统都启用TLS1.2?
