    您好，

    显示更新不适用的原因有几种，请先确认安装最新的服务堆栈更新 (SSU) KB4503537：

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4503537/windows-10-update-kb4503537

    并且kb4503267已经被其他补丁所替代，如果您已经安装下面的其中一个，这个就无法安装：

    2019-06 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4503294)
    2019-06 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4509475)
