    你好：我在 安装winserver2008快要完成的时候，系统重启后，出现错误提示“windows无法完成系统配置。若要尝试恢复配置，请重启动计算机。”如此反复，导致安装不成功，请问这是什么原因呢？

    请问是什么安装方式呢？例如升级安装，全新/覆盖安装？ 

    请问是安装的虚拟系统，还是物理设备？ 如果是后者，确认您的物理设备支持安装Windows Server 2008 R2.

    此外，建议您尝试在其他虚拟机上使用相同的介质安装系统，确认当前的安装介质可用。

    安装失败后，可以尝试再次从安装介质系统，选择Repair your computer 并打开CMD。输入“notepad”并回车，单击文件 – 打开，打开以下文件：
    %systemroot%\Panther\setuperr.log

    查找关键词 failure 或者 error，确认日志中是否有关于安装失败的有效信息，这将有助于我们进一步确认问题。
