I am running an on-premises install of CRM v4, and our growing iPhone user base has experienced problems sending emails from their iPhone while their Outlook and CRM Add-in is running. If we disable the Add-in, everything works fine. Turn it
back on, and the problem emerges again.
We have gone around and around with Microsoft, and after more than six months time, there is still no solution. Has anybody else experienced a similar issue? With the growing prominence of the iPhone in corporate settings, I can't believe we are
the only shop to encounter this problem. Android users do not experience the same problem.
