您好,
从您所贴的内容来看,Windbg没有使用正确的Windows符号(Symbol),所以没有得到比较有价值的分析结果。
一般来说,可能由以下3点导致这个问题:
1. 硬件,特别是内存问题。(物理内存、L2 RAM Cache和显存)
2. 有故障的系统服务
3. 防病毒软件也可能导致这个问题
因此,请按照以上三点来进行排查。
