  错误显示是80端口已经被System PID 4占用了。打开任务管理器 - 进程， 选择“显示所有用户进程”，显示PID栏。找到是什么占用了80端口。在我的电脑上，默认是NT Kernel & System 占用这个端口，请不要终止这个进程。在任务管理器 - 服务， 找到看有没有名为W3SVC的服务，然后停止它，再试试看可不可以运行这个程序。
