  计数器	描述	阈值
  MSExchange Database(*)\I/O Log Reads Average Latency	指示从日志文件读取数据的平均时间（毫秒）。特定于日志重播和数据库恢复操作。	平均值应低于 200 毫秒。 峰值（最大值）不应高于 1,000 毫秒。

  据我所知，这以秒为单位。虽然比例是秒，但是计数器具有毫秒精度。
