CRM 2011: default checkboxes of the qualify lead dialog RRS feed

  • 问题

  • Hello,

I am trying have the checkboxes in the qualify lead dialog as checked by default. This will save the user and additional 3 clicks.

Moreover, we might make it a little more inteligent to have the account checkbox checked only if a company name has been inputted in the lead.

    Any ideas please?

    Thank you

    Darren

答案

  • The LeadQualify form that shows up is not an entity form but an ASPX form. Any changes made to the pages directly is considered unsupported and you should be very careful when you make changes to the code directly.

  • My suggestion is you override the OOB 'Qualify' ribbon button, and popup your custom html page, it will achieve your goal and is supported method.

  • Hi Darren,

Did you find a solution for this request? My customer uses a CRM OnLine version and also has the request to have all 4 boxes (including: open created records) checked.

  • The answer still remains the same. You cannot modify OOB functionality and if it is critical... you could create a custom application for this and present the custom app on the click of the button instead of the default.
