  根据我的测试，确实无法通过组策略删除开始菜单中的注销按钮，下面的帖子有相关的解释（请参考TP []的回答）

  根据我的深入研究，Windows Server 2008 R2中也没有其他方法删除开始菜单中的注销按钮。
