  请检查下路径%systemroot%\sysvol\domain\policies\PolicyDefinitions 下面是否存在模板文件。
  
  如果没有你可以把%systemroot%\policyDefinitions里面的文件复制到%systemroot%\sysvol\domain\policies\PolicyDefinitions
