1.您的这个分析dump文件可能有问题,没有太具体的信息,Symbol文件出错了,可以使用Windbg previewer这个工具分析一下,然后用!analyze -v看一下。
2.只看现在的信息,BugCheck EF,hardware_ram,这个跟您本身的硬件,或者驱动可能有关。
看到您系统是20H2 19042.985,这已经是最新的更新,那么可以从厂商的官网重新下载主板,显卡的驱动程序重新安装。同时检测一下内存,可以重新插拔一下。如果安装了其他的外接硬件设备的话,可以先拔除一下。
