1.请您检查以下组策略是否已经正确设置了：
Windows Hello GPO:
Computer Configuration\Polices\Administrative Templates\System\Logon\Turn on convenience PIN sign-in
Computer configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Biometric\Allow domain users to log on using biometrics
Local GPO:
Computer configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Biometric\Allow the use of biometrics
Computer configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Biometric\Allow users to log on using biometrics
设置完后你可以通过下面的命令检查GPO是否成功应用了：
“ gpresult / h gpresult.htm”
2.运行regedit打开注册表，然后找到“ HKLM \ SOFTWARE \ Policies \ Microsoft \ PassportForWork”以检查注册表项是否存在。
