You can troubleshoot most symbol related issues by turning on symbol loading diagnostics (!sym noisy) and repeating the command that caused symbols to be loaded.
You should also verify that your symbol search path (.sympath) is correct.

您上传的dump分析中显示symbol没有配置正确,所以无法查看到任何有效的信息。
另外,请问蓝屏界面的bugcheck代码是什么?是否提及到驱动名称?检查事件管理器中相关事件中是否涉及到一些驱动。
如果蓝屏发生前,对机器做过硬件或者软件层面的更新,建议回滚更改检查现象。
