    根据您的DUMP文件,怀疑可能是由于srv.sys 这个系统文件出错导致。建议到以下官方针对这个系统文件修复的最新KB4338818链接下载并给您的系统打上此更新,看是否能解决这个问题。

    1. 检查事件查看器中的系统日志,查找是否有关于错误的设备或者驱动程序的错误日志。
    2. 运行windows内存诊断工具,测试内存是否正常。
    3. 检查计算机硬件是否正常。最近是否有新添加的硬件。
    4. 检查系统服务及应用程序是否正常,最近是否有新添加的应用程序或软件。
    5. 检查一些三方防病毒软件,如有必要,可以将其关闭测试是否可以解决此故障。
    6. CMD命令行提示符中运行 Chkdsk /f /r 来检测和修复磁盘错误。(在系统分区扫描之前须重启计算机)
