目前没有直接的内置功能来对用户设定只查看的权限。
请查看以下操作是否能够满足您的需求。
1. 使用”Mandatory profile“，用户登陆后可以在他的桌面中进行操作，但是这些操作或者更改在用户注销后不会被保存。

2. 使用组策略，将不能被该用户使用和更改的应用程序，图标，磁盘驱动等移除，也就是设置为用户设置”deny 权限“。
