    08不可以直接进行升级到2019版本。12R2和16可以直接进行In-place Upgrade. Windows Server 2008 R2 可在三个连续升级过程中升级到 Windows Server 2019 - 首先升级到 Windows Server 2012,然后将 Windows Server 2012 升级到 Windows Server 2016,然后从 Windows Server 2016 升级到 Windows 服务器 2016服务器 2019.
