  您好，

  目前没有比较好的方式来修复这个问题，我们可以更改Service Control Manager中在服务失败时采取不重启的恢复方式（以管理员身份登录）：

  1. 在搜索栏中输入services，enter后进入。

  2. 在右侧目录中找到Microsoft Security Center Service 服务。

  3. 右击选择属性，在恢复选项卡下面，不要设置成重启电脑 ：
