    您好，

        我们的windows server 2019系统日志里总是报：“A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013"这个错，这个服务器上有exchange server 2019的业务

        EventID: 36871

        不知是什么问题，又该如何解决？

    看到您的问题描述，这个还是有关于SSL,TLS协议的问题。

    1.尝试检查下方注册表，开启TLS1.2对.net组件的使用。

    2.是否开启了SSL3.0，如果没有可以重新开启看一下。
