problem of msn & hotmail account

  hi, my account of hotmail & msn : yungjoseph@hotmail.com  has problem, it can not login and said that the password is wrong, I always use it and have not forget the password, and i found more people has same problem and microsoft in hong kong have not do nothing and solve it over few days --http://windowslivehelp.com/forums.aspx?productid=10&page=1.  What can i do ?? my old account has more information and i also use it to pay xbox live account, please send me reply to : yungjoseph2010@hotmail.com   , is the server in hong kong has a problem in microsoft ??
