    it's not need to provide he USB drivers before! But it didn't work today! It ask me to provide the driver for the new mass storage device found. But no drivers are given with the new USB key I got! How can i fix it? It'll automatic search and install before! What's happen?

    Hi Supercat,

    Have you try to plug your USB key on the other computer and see if it still work on any other PC.
    Could you let us know your USB device's information such as Manufacturer and Model?
    Do you think you will be able to find the USB driver from the USB Key's Manufacturer?
    Maybe you can try to run windows update and see if something missing on you computer.
