    I was using ASUS loptop, with vista home premium.

    When I boast up, it appear message "Oxc00000e9".

    I try using the asus recovery disc but not functioning.

    With this error, it means some windows files is corrupt or missing.

    You said that you insert the asus recovery disc, but not functioning. What do you mean of "not functioning"?
    Recovery Disc cannot start the recovery process? Or windows still cannot load after recovery?

    Is cannot start the recovery process.

    I can make the step of selecting DVD for boot, but there's no showing for next step (language, time, keyboard). Even though I wait for one hour.

    Do you have any Windows CD/DVD? Can u try if the CD/DVD can boot up to see the installation screen?
