Firstly, if the issue did not occur previously, please try to perform a
system restore and see how it works.
If system restore cannot help, based on my research, please try the following:
1. Boot into Clean Boot Mode and test the issue again.
2. Create a new user account and see how it works.
If another user account works fine, please follow the steps in
Fix a corrupted user profile.
