    i can 重組 c: last month. but it can"t,the icon of c: is disappear from 重組磁碟,but it can see in anywhere.

    also, when the computer check c: in restart,there tell the computer can"t access c:.however i can use c: .

     

    how to do?

    Give u some other way

    in command prompt ==> typed

    c:

    chkdsk/f

    System will prompt u to restart it and scan harddisk,

    Restart PC

    System will start to scan PC

    Then after scanning complete

    Pls go back defragmentation of C:

    You can see it now?

    Or is it possible to post some good image for u~~~

    MCPD .Net, CCNP Love programming, but not an IT Guy Haha! :D

    F8 safe mode.

    reassign the c:

    add your account to c: with full control userright

    reboot then try again
