Problem concerning WMP11 in vista RRS feed

    Hi
    I discovered a problem that my WMP11's library cannot include .wav files (which is ripped by itself before)
    I've tried system recovery and rebuilding the database(even worse, can't add the previously added file)
    The symptom is that the library can only locate 352 files out of 4400 files which are files other than .wav (eg mp3, wma)
    Can any one tell me what can i do despite re-installing the OS?

    PS: I am using Vista Ultimate x64 SP2 /w all latest updates

    Hi,

    Try to install ivX (<http://www.DivX.com>) to see if it works.

    I tried this but failed
    however, i find that i can add files into the library by drag-n-drop
