    After update the window 7,
    restart the computer,
    window didn't go ,
    only stop in "starting window" for 30 min ,
    retry didn't help(reboot)

    Did you create backup? If yes, please try to restore it.

    And what have you installed in the windows update? did you power off in the middle of the installation of update? It sounds like some windows file corrupt or driver problem.
