  On your computer could you find any file which is . dbx as its extension which is created between the date that the email is missed? Apparently

  Not sure if you have cleared your rubbish bin.
  If not maybe you can restore the email from that file. Otherwise you may need to find some software to recover that file from your hard drive to find those file and restore them back to OutLook Express email.
