  Here are several suggestions to make this event better in 2010:
  
  1. Set up user group forum on site
  
  MS can spare a few rooms to alllow attendees on site to meet with the MS product specialist/technologist in person and share the ideas about MS technologies or products.
  
  2. One-on-one with selected speakers
  
  It will be great if attendees will have a chance to speak with their favorite speakers in person. 15-30 mins per session will be fine.
  
  3. Giveaways with quiz from presentation
  
  Why don't MS offer giveaways with booths setting up to challenge if the attendees understand the content of the presentation or not?
