Outlook express exports address book problem RRS feed

    I want to export outlook express address book and import to outlook 2010. Once I export to .csv in outlook express, I found that some of my contacts(that are simplified chinese) are exported as garbled code(some codes that cannot see)亂碼. I want to ask is there a method to export as normal code?
