Running 32-bits XP Application on 64-bits Windows 7 Virtual PC

  During the Virtual PC session, the speaker had mentioned using 64-bits of Windows Virtual PC running on a 64-bits Windows 7 Professional or above.  I am wonder how I I can run my existing 32-bits application currently running on 32-bits Windows XP Professional.  Is this fessiable through the XP mode on Windows 7?
