windows 8.1 professional windows store FIFA 14 15

  I downloaded FIFA 14 and 15 in windows 8.1 store. But when I open the game, the game stopped running. I pressed the button on task bar to reopen the game. It started well in 2-10 seconds. Then the games will stop. Why both FIFA 14 15 will be like that. this problem is not only happened to me. You can see the comment on windows store. There is not a few people having this problem.
