error in installing SQL server 2008R2 download from VLSC RRS feed

    I purchased a SQL Server standard 2012 OPEN license.  I would like to downgrade to use and install SQL server standard 2008R2 (traditional Chinese version).  I download the software from VLSC. The error came up when I was installing the SQL server standard 2008R2.  However, I can download and installed the ENGLISH version.  It succeeded.  (no product key needed when installing if download from VLSC)
