不能login進入Windows 2008伺服器 RRS feed

  • Dear sir,

    Our company has one server which install OS: "Windows 2008 server standard edition". Now server appear error message and can not login to server. The error message as below list. Anyone can help ? ?

    Error message :

  • Dear Customer,

    Based on my research, It seems to be a permission Issue with tokens.dat.

    There are serveral methods to fix.

    Manualy Permission Change:

    1. open a PowerShell or CMD as Administrator

    2. Typ follwing Command:

    Windows Vista / Windows Server 2008:
    icacls %windir%\serviceprofiles\networkservice\appdata\roaming\microsoft\softwarelicensing /grant "BUILTIN\Administrators:(OI)(CI)(F)" "NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM:(OI)(CI)(F)" "NT Service\slsvc:(OI)(CI)(R,W,D)"


    Windows 7 / Windows Server 2008 R2:
    icacls %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform /grant "BUILTIN\Administrators:(OI)(CI)(F)" "NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM:(OI)(CI)(F)" "NT Service\sppsvc:(OI)(CI)(R,W,D)" "NETWORK SERVICE:(OI)(CI)(F)"

    3. Close Shell and Reboot two times



    Rename tokens.dat manualy:

    1. open a PowerShell or CMD as Administrator

    2. than command:

    Windows Vista / Windows Server 2008
    net stop slsvc

    Windows 7 / Windows Server 2008 R2
    net stop sppsvc

    3. than command:
    Windows Vista / Windows Server 2008
    cd %windir%\serviceprofiles\networkservice\appdata\roaming\microsoft\softwarelicensing

    Windows 7 / Windows Server 2008 R2
    cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform

    4.than command:
    ren tokens.dat tokens.bar

    5.than command:
    Windows Vista / Windows Server 2008
    net start slsvc

    Windows 7 / Windows Server 2008 R2
    net start sppsvc

    6. than command:
    cd %windir% \System32

    7. than command:
    cscript slmgr.vbs -rilc

    8. close the shell and restart system two time

    Rename tokens.dat via hotfix:
    download hotfix:
    http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9779124

    Let me know how this works out and the results of the suggested tasks listed above.

    Please test in Safe Mode first. If we cannot log into system in Safe Mode, we may have to repair the system or perform Clean Install to solve this issue.

    If the system still cannot allow login after disabling all startup items, let’s try to check system files.

    1.    Boot into Safe Mode. Insert your Windows CD, click Start, click Run, type "sfc /scannow".
    2.    If no error was found, please help to collect the following information for research.
    a.    When did the issue start to occur?
    b.    Is there any software or hardware installed on this system?

    To perform In-Place upgrade, you can refer to the following KB:
    816579 How to Perform an In-Place Upgrade of Windows Server 2003
