Outlook 2003 Reply to All ( not sure is that correct place in this forum but can not find the right place to ask)

Backend: Exchange Server 2003/2007 (outsource to third party)
User A and User B , User A can fully operate User B exchange mailbox and has on behalf enable on the Server side
User A operate User B email in his own the Outlook 2003, when User A help User B reply some mail which include User A email address on the CC field, while User A click reply to all, the mail CC field not include Uers A mail. How to solve it.

This is true since Outlook 2003. Cause many user gave feedback that they don't want to be included when reply-all.
Sure, little group of people may want to including self when reply-all. However, this is only a small group of people. If you really wanna do it with Outlook 2003 or later, you have to create a rule to automatically cc yourself or manually adding your email address when reply-all.
